Basketball Recap: Clayton Comes Up Short

On Friday, the Clayton Clippers came up short against the Timber Creek Regional Chargers and fell 42-35.

Clayton has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season. As for Timber Creek Regional, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clayton will challenge Pennsville Memorial at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Timber Creek Regional, they will take on Highland Regional at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
