Soccer Recap: Roosevelt Finds Home Pitch Redemption Against Greeley Central

There's no place like home for Roosevelt, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Greeley Central Wildcats a 1-0 shutout on Thursday. Roosevelt's winning goal came courtesy of Addalynn Burbridge.

Roosevelt's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-9-1. As for Greeley Central, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-8-3.

Roosevelt wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 1-0 loss against Sterling on the 28th. As for Greeley Central, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Wellington on the 29th.
