Football Recap: Father Judge Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Father Judge extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 3-5. They had to suffer through a 42-14 loss at the hands of the Cardinal O'Hara Lions. The Crusaders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-7.

As for Cardinal O'Hara, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 6-2. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for they considering their seven-point performance the game before.

John Welde had an outrageously good game as he threw for 324 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 15.4 yards per attempt. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in passer rating (125.5). Amahj Gowans handled things on the ground, rushing for 115 yards.
