Newberry hasn't lost a match yet, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They had just enough and edged the Fort White Indians out 1-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 7-0 last Monday.

Newberry has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-0-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those seven games. As for Fort White, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Newberry will head out to square off against Williston at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Williston knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Newberry likes a good challenge. As for Fort White, they will venture away from home to take on Branford at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
