Soccer Game Preview: Vista Ridge vs. Palmer

The Vista Ridge Wolves will face off against the Palmer Terrors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Vista Ridge's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They came out on top against Widefield by a score of 2-0. Vista Ridge haven't had any issues with Widefield recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Sydanni Bauer was the driving force of Vista Ridge's attack as she scored both of Vista Ridge's goals, bringing her season total up to ten goals.

Meanwhile, Palmer hasn't lost a match yet, a trend which continued in their latest game on Monday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Thomas MacLaren School.

Vista Ridge pushed their record up to 5-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those four contests. As for Palmer, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0-2.

Vista Ridge took their win against Palmer when the teams last played back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 5-0 score. Do Wolves have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Terrors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
