Volleyball Recap: Fountain-Fort Carson Falls Short of Chaparral in the Playoffs + How To Watch

Fountain-Fort Carson and Chaparral squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Fountain-Fort Carson had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Wolverines. The Trojans' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-18, 25-16.

Jenna Baller was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 11 digs and two aces.

Fountain-Fort Carson's loss dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Chaparral, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That lines up perfectly with their 18-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Fountain-Fort Carson and Chaparral will both be playing Arvada West the next time they take the court. The Trojans will head out to face the Wildcats at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Wolverines will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
