Kimberly entered their tilt with Stevens Point on Saturday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They walked away with an 11-7 victory over the Panthers. For the Papermakers, this counts as revenge for the 9-3 win the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Kimberly's victory was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.2 runs over those games. As for Stevens Point, their loss dropped their record down to 12-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kimberly will venture away from home to face off against Oshkosh North at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Stevens Point, they will head out to square off against Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Red Raiders' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so the Panthers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
