Volleyball Recap: Yelm Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Yelm was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Olympia Bears. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tornados of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-6, 25-20.

Despite the loss, Yelm saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Adrianna Lee had three digs and three aces.

Yelm's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Olympia, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-2.

Yelm didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Puyallup on the 2nd. As for Olympia, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Bethel on the 1st.
