Volleyball Recap: Weston Has No Trouble Against Nipmuc Regional

Weston barely beat Nipmuc Regional the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Wildcats blew past the Warriors 3-0 on Monday. The win was some much needed relief for the Wildcats as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Weston never let Nipmuc Regional on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-16, 26-24.

Weston's victory bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Nipmuc Regional, they dropped their record down to 3-5 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Weston will take on Wakefield Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Nipmuc Regional, they will square off against Nashoba Regional at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
