Basketball Recap: Branchville Piles Up the Points Against Lowcountry Leadership

On Friday, the Branchville Yellow Jackets humbled the Lowcountry Leadership NaviGators with a 71-28 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Yellow Jackets.

Marcus Felder had an outrageously good game as he went 10 for 12 on his way to 21 points. Those 21 points gave him a new career-high. Kyran Glover was another key player, going 5 of 9 en route to 13 points and six boards.

Branchville's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Lowcountry Leadership, they dropped their record down to 1-15 with the defeat, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Branchville has already played their next contest (against Baptist Hill), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Lowcountry Leadership will square off against St. John's at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lowcountry Leadership is facing St. John's at the right time seeing as St. John's is stuck on a 15-game losing streak.
