Recap: Barrack Hebrew Academy Cougars vs. Friends' Central
The Barrack Hebrew Academy Cougars lost against Friends' Central back in December of 2017, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Barrack Hebrew Academy had to suffer through a rough 66-28 loss at the hands of Friends' Central.
Nigel Pierman was the offensive standout of the matchup as he scored 14 points along with five rebounds. Those 14 points set a new season-high mark for him. Fazl Oshodi was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Barrack Hebrew Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Friends' Central, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home.
Barrack Hebrew Academy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Germantown Friends at 5:15 p.m. on January 4th. As for Friends' Central, they will head out on the road to face off against Westtown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Westtown will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings (they are ranked 95th, while Friends' Central is ranked 18th).
