Softball Recap: Logan Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Logan's offense. They came up short against the Herriman Mustangs on Saturday, falling 6-0. The Grizzlies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Logan saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Miley Allen, who went 2-for-3 with one triple.

Logan's loss dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Herriman, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-8.

Looking ahead, Logan will be taking part in a tournament against Davis at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Herriman, they will square off against Hunter at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Wolverines have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.2 runs per game on average), something the Mustangs will no doubt try to take advantage of.
