Peachtree Ridge came tearing into Saturday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 68-63 W against the Brookwood Broncos. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 54th, while the Broncos are ranked 250th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Peachtree Ridge's win bumped their record up to 16-10. As for Brookwood, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-17 record this season.

As of now, neither Peachtree Ridge nor Brookwood have any future games scheduled.
