Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Ryder Hales stepped things up a notch to give Salem Hills the 'W'. Hales threw for 168 yards and a pair of TDs on only 12 passes, which was good enough to also set a new career-high in passer rating.

Coming up, Hales and Salem Hills will face off against Mountain View at 6:00 p.m. on the 24th. The contest will pit Hales up against the Bruins' star QB Tate Johnson.
