Eric Hughes Game Report: vs Mineral Springs

Passers beware: Eric Hughes came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also rushed for 11 yards as Gurdon took down Mineral Springs 28-22. We certainly expect to see more performances from Hughes considering he's already seeing the field as a sophomore.

Coming up, Hughes and Gurdon will be playing at home against Spring Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The last time Hughes duked it out with the Bears (back in October of 2024), the Go-Devils came out on top by a score of 49-12. Will another strong game from Hughes be enough to do it again?
