The Terre Haute South Vigo Braves's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 49-24 walloping at the hands of Owen Valley.
Owen Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Taylor Monroe, who scored 12 points along with 6 rebounds and 3 steals. Monroe has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Mallory Owen, who dropped a double-double on 10 points and 11 rebounds.
Terre Haute South Vigo's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Owen Valley, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
