Basketball Recap: Marlboro Takes a Loss

Marlboro was the 62-57 winner over Freehold Township when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Marlboro Mustangs took a 58-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Freehold Township Patriots on Friday.

Marlboro's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Freehold Township, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-7.

Marlboro will take on Ranney at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Freehold Township has already played their next matchup (against Allentown), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
