Harvest Community gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the ED White Commanders, sneaking past 16-15. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Commanders: they've now won three in a row.
Eli Gammage was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over 3.2 innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits (and only one walk). Gammage was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring four runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
