Basketball Recap: Shenandoah's Win on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Shenandoah hadn't done well against Clarinda recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Shenandoah Mustangs walked away with a 54-46 win over the Clarinda Cardinals. The 54-point effort marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The victory was the third in a row for Shenandoah, bringing their record for this year to 3-2. As for Clarinda, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shenandoah will be home for the holidays to greet St. Albert at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Clarinda, they will welcome Denison-Schleswig at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
