Baseball Recap: South Side Comes Up Short

South Side entered their contest against White Hall on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Hornet fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 3-2. The Hornet were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2023.

South Side's defeat dropped their record down to 15-5. As for White Hall, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-6.

Looking ahead, South Side will be playing in front of their home fans against Nemo Vista at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for White Hall, they will venture away from home to challenge Harmony Grove at 9:50 a.m. on Thursday.
