Baseball Recap: West Bend-Mallard Takes a Loss

West Bend-Mallard lost against South Central Calhoun back in June of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wolverines came up short against the Titans, falling 12-4. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

West Bend-Mallard's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for South Central Calhoun, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

West Bend-Mallard didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 13-7 loss against Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS on the 29th. As for South Central Calhoun, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 7-3 defeat against Southeast Valley on the 29th.
