The home team had won the previous three meetings between Augusta and Chanute, and Chanute kept the tradition alive. The Orioles fell 2-0 to the Blue Comets on Saturday. The Orioles have struggled against the Blue Comets recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-6.

Augusta's loss dropped their record down to 2-18-3. As for Chanute, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 30-1.
