Greenwood had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Thursday. They came out on top against the Upper Dauphin Area Trojans by a score of 51-42. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 309th, while the Trojans are ranked 650th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Upper Dauphin Area's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Aidan Bingaman, who posted 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Groff, who earned 11 points.

Greenwood's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-3. As for Upper Dauphin Area, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-12.

Greenwood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 46-33 victory against Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy on the 21st. As for Upper Dauphin Area, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 74-33 defeat against Camp Hill on the 18th.
