Basketball Recap: Prospect Mountain Takes a Loss

Prospect Mountain was the 56-48 winner over Campbell when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Prospect Mountain Timberwolves took a 57-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of Campbell. While losing is never fun, the Timberwolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire basketball rankings (they are ranked 48th, while Campbell are ranked sixth).

Prospect Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Campbell, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Prospect Mountain will square off against St. Thomas Aquinas at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Campbell, they are taking a road trip to square off against Raymond at 6:30 p.m. on January 31st.
