Soccer Recap: Chaparral Takes a Loss

Chaparral lost against Goddard back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lobos came up short against the Rockets, falling 8-0.

Chaparral's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Goddard, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-6-2 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chaparral will take on Hatch Valley at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Chaparral are facing Hatch Valley at the right time seeing as Hatch Valley are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Goddard, they will face off against Santa Teresa at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Goddard will need to watch out since Santa Teresa have now posted at least four goals in their last three matchups.
