Preview: Absarokee vs. Joliet
Joliet will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Absarokee at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Joliet had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past Belt 48-12.
Meanwhile, Absarokee had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They took a 14-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of Chester-Joplin-Inverness.
Joliet's win lifted them to 1-0 while Absarokee's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Joliet can add another positive mark to their record or if Absarokee can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Joliet's step.
