Baseball Recap: Randallstown Has No Trouble Against Kenwood

Randallstown lost to Kenwood back in April of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Rams blew past the Bluebirds 15-5. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rams.

Antuwan Oliver was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-5.

In other batting news, Chris Mcleod was incredible, scoring five runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. He is becoming a predictor of Randallstown's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 2-1 (and 1-3 when he doesn't). Terence Venable was another key player, scoring three runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-4. As for Kenwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.
