Basketball Recap: Lisbon Takes a Loss

Lisbon lost against Monmouth Academy back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Lisbon Greyhounds lost 52-31 to the Monmouth Academy Mustangs. The Greyhounds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lisbon's record is now 1-9. As for Monmouth Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lisbon will challenge Fryeburg at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Monmouth Academy, they will take on Mount Abram at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mount Abram will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something Monmouth Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
