Basketball Game Preview: Crisfield Crabbers vs. Pocomoke Warriors

The Crisfield Crabbers will challenge the Pocomoke Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Crisfield can't be to happy about their upcoming road game considering what happened when they opened their season on the away from home on Thursday. They were outmatched by Cambridge-South Dorchester and fell 81-32.

Meanwhile, a well-balanced attack led Pocomoke over Salisbury Christian in every quarter on their way to victory on Monday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Pocomoke blew Salisbury Christian out of the water with an 84-31 final score. The Warriors pushed the score to 77-27 by the end of the third, a deficit Salisbury Christian had no chance of recovering from.

Pocomoke's win came from a few key players Crisfield will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was JAMIR ROBERTS, who went 7 for 12 on his way to 19 points in addition to five assists and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of MICHAEL AMES, who went 7 for 13 on his way to 19 points and four steals.

Crisfield skirted past Pocomoke 68-65 when the teams last played back in January. Does Crisfield have another victory up their sleeve, or will Pocomoke turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
