The biggest upset of the week belonged to Ukiah, who defeated 546th ranked Santa Rosa, 36-12.

RJ Flores and Etienne Ezeff provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Maria Carrillo. The connection was good for 75 yards, the longest such play in North Bay this season.

John Porchivina provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Casa Grande defeated Windsor. Porchivina's key target this week was Miles Gardea, who caught 3 passes for 78 yards.

Porchivina was a force in the backfield as the Gauchos beat the Jaguars.

Flores threw for 305 yards and 2 touchdowns. He was 17-25 with 0 interceptions.

Ezeff was the best wideout in the league this week as Montgomery bested the Pumas. Ezeff racked up 7 receptions for 159 yards. Justin Eatmon helped Montgomery's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 61 yards.

6-foot-1 quarterback JaJuan Lawson of Casa Grande is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1,519. He has also thrown 15 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Ezeff. The Montgomery star has 41 catches for 584 yards.

An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Cardinal Newman takes on Trent Herzog's team. At the moment, the Cardinals are in third, while the Gauchos are in first.

Adding to the longest winning streak in North Bay this week, Casa Grande beat Windsor 42-28. The victory was the ninth in a row for the Gauchos.
