Basketball Recap: Stafford Comes Up Short

Stafford lost against South Barber back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Stafford Trojans fell 40-27 to the South Barber Chieftains. The matchup marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Stafford's loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-11. As for South Barber, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-8.

Coming up, Stafford will host Argonia at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. That game will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Pablo Diaz and Carson Vineyard. As for South Barber, they will head out to square off against Pretty Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
