There's no place like home for McCook, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past the Hastings Tigers 3-0 on Thursday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bison also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-15, 25-17.

Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Izzy Robinson, who had 12 digs and three assists. Mayrin Torres was another key player, getting ten digs and one assist.

The win snapped McCook's losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 16-14 record. As for Hastings, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 13 of their last 14 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-26 record this season.

McCook does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hastings, they will head out on the road to face off against Beatrice at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
