Volleyball Recap: Madison Comes Up Short

Madison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Williamston Hornets.

Madison's loss dropped their record down to 18-11. As for Williamston, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-4-2.

Madison has already played their next match (against Haslett), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Williamston will be paying especially close attention to the Trojans' matchup: after the Trojans face off against the Vikings, they'll take on Williamston again at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday.
