Basketball Recap: Mcdonald Extends Road Winning Streak to Four

While McDonald didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 50-40 win over the Heartland Christian Lions on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Devils.

It was another big night for Juliana Krumpak, who almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Gracie Callow, who posted 18 points.

McDonald pushed their record up to 4-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Heartland Christian, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

McDonald will look to defend their home court on Friday against Springfield at 7:00 p.m. As for Heartland Christian, they will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Toronto at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
