Soccer Recap: Godwin Comes Up Short

Godwin was the 2-0 winner over Glen Allen when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jaguars on Friday.

Godwin's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4-1. As for Glen Allen, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2-1 record this season.

Godwin will challenge Prince George at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Prince George will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Godwin surely won't give up without a fight. As for Glen Allen, they will square off against Freeman at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
