Columbine extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Ella Rieben. The Rebels came out on top against the Mullen Mustangs by a score of 26-19 on Monday thanks in part to Rieben, who threw for 312 yards and four touchdowns while completing 74.4% of her passes, and also rushed for 65 yards. She also deserves a shoutout for her performance on D, making five total tackles and defending three passes in addition to snagging an interception.

Annalee Rippe was another key player, picking up 120 receiving yards and one score. She also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making one tackle and defending one pass in addition to snagging an interception.

Columbine didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Rippe and Rieben.

Columbine now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Mullen, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Columbine will host Chatfield at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Mullen, they will welcome Eaglecrest at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
