Meanwhile, Denver City suffered their closest loss since September 1, 2023 on Friday. They fell just short of Roosevelt by a score of 36-34.
Littlefield came out on top in a nail-biter against Denver City in their previous matchup back in September of 2023, sneaking past 32-30. The rematch might be a little tougher for Littlefield since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
