Ooltewah never let their opponents score on Friday. They blew past the McMinn Central Chargers 10-0. Considering the Owls have won 13 matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Ooltewah is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 18-9-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for McMinn Central, they moved to 18-10 with that loss, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

Ooltewah and McMinn Central should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Tennessee Rankings.
