It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Camden County can now relate to. They fell just short of the North Lenoir Hawks by a score of 5-4 on Wednesday. The Bruins' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Kaitlynn Barnes made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.

Camden County's defeat dropped their record down to 16-9. As for North Lenoir, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season.
