Football Recap: Calhan Comes Up Short

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bulldogs on Friday. Calhan took an 18-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of Elbert. Calhan was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Elbert apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

Calhan now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Elbert, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Calhan has already played their next game, a 29-20 defeat against Simla on the 3rd. As for Elbert, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 52-21 win against St. Mary's on the 3rd.
