Volleyball Recap: Florin Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Florin lost against Kennedy back in August of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Panthers fell 3-1 to the Cougars. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-15, 20-25, 25-6.

Diane Iakopo paced Florin's offense, picking up three kills. Iakopo got some help from Jesse Lee and her three assists. Finally, Clairedy Lo kept Florin's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Florin's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Kennedy, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Florin has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Sheldon on the 29th. As for Kennedy, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Foothill at 6:00 p.m.
