Football Recap: Four Straight Home Wins for Hampton

England came into Friday's matchup looking for another win against Hampton, but Aden Williams wouldn't allow it. The Bulldogs breezed past the Lions to the tune of 52-18 on Friday for which the team can thank Williams, who rushed for 173 yards and four TDs on only eight carries, and also picked up 47 receiving yards. His longest rush was for an incredible 88 yards.

One reason for the win was Hampton's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for four sacks. England's QB won't forget Daren Norris anytime soon given he sacked him twice.

Hampton pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 43.0 points over those games. As for England, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Looking ahead, Hampton will challenge Hazen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs will need to watch out since the Hornets have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games. As for England, they will welcome Carlisle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
