Softball Recap: Osbourn Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Osbourn's offense. They came up short against the Osbourn Park Yellowjackets on Friday, falling 20-0. The Eagles' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Osbourn saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maya Mira, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one double.

Osbourn's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Osbourn Park, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Osbourn will be playing at home against Park View at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Osbourn Park, they are taking a road trip to face off against North Stafford at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
