Surry Central saw some tournament action on Friday. They strolled past North Stokes with points to spare, taking the game 57-40.

Surry Central's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Stella Wall led the charge by putting up eight points along with five assists and five boards. Surry Central's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points per game. As for Triad Baptist Christian Academy, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-3.
