Hackett extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Quitman. They put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Hornets in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won five in a row.

Michaelyn Freeman paced Hackett's offense, picking up 20 kills. Freeman got some help from Catelyn Edwards and her 17 assists. Edwards was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Hackett's victory bumped their record up to 22-5-2. As for Quitman, their loss dropped their record down to 11-4-2.
