There's no place like home for Landrum, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. Everything went their way against the Union County Yellowjackets on Monday as Landrum made off with a 9-0 win. With that victory, Landrum brought their scoring average up to 3.5 goals per game.

Their offense was hitting Union County from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Aida Martin led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Landrum's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Union County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2-1.

Landrum wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against York Prep on the 20th. As for Union County, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Chesnee on the 18th.
