Volleyball Recap: Timpson Takes a Loss

Timpson entered their match against Beckville on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Bears lost 3-0 to the Bearcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bears of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-20, 25-13.

Timpson's loss dropped their record down to 16-10. As for Beckville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 27-7.

Timpson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Gary on the 7th. As for Beckville, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Waskom on the 7th.
