After flying high against Chief Leschi on Thursday, Rochester came back down to earth. The Warriors fell just short of the Hoquiam Grizzlies by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. Rochester's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Rochester's loss dropped their record down to 9-4-1. As for Hoquiam, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-7-2 record this season.

Rochester will be playing at home against Ilwaco at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Rochester will be up against Ilwaco's rather soft defense (which has allowed 9.13 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Hoquiam, they are taking a road trip to challenge Raymond/South Bend at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Raymond/South Bend will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Hoquiam surely won't give up without a fight.
