Montevallo waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Sipsey Valley Bears. The Bulldogs were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Bears, so the Bulldogs were just returning the favor.

Montevallo's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Sipsey Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Montevallo will be taking part in a tournament against South Lamar at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Sipsey Valley, they will square off against Wenonah at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
