When it comes to explaining why Hill lost on Friday, don't look at Ernesto Ochoa. Despite the final result, he went 7 of 13 on his way to 19 points and eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Nicolas Huerta, who posted 11 points.
Gunderson's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Hill, their loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-13.
Gunderson will welcome San Jose at 7:00 p.m. on January 10th. As for Hill, they will venture away from home to face off against Yerba Buena at 7:00 p.m. on January 10th.
